Cheesecake Breakfast/Dessert Bars

Yes you read that right Breakfast/Dessert!!! The best thing about dessert, is that it will always make the perfect breakfast! Seriously though, I made this first as a breakfast, but realized I could pull it off as a dessert too!

When I first tried this I used Pillsbury crescent roll dough and pinched together the seams. Then I sent Jared to the store and he happened to find the Pillsbury Seamless Dough!

How had I never seen this?? It's awesome.

2 (8oz) packages of Cream Cheese (softened)
2 rolls of Seamless Pillsbury Dough
1 cup Sugar
1 1/2 tsp Vanilla
Chocolate Chips
2 TBL Melted Butter
about 3 TBL Cinnamon/Sugar

Preheat your oven to 350*. Use a 9x13 in pan and grease it with butter or spray. Unroll the first thing of dough and lay it on the bottom of the pan. Mix the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla and mix it until it's smooth. If your cream cheese isn't soft yet you can microwave it about 15 seconds at a time until it's soft, without the wrapper in a bowl! Take the mix and spread it in the pan on the layer of dough.

Next sprinkle chocolate chips on top, and top that with the second roll of dough. Take your melted butted and brush it on the top, and sprinkle that with cinnamon/sugar. Bake for about 20-30 minutes until it's golden brown. And that's it!

This is super sweet and pretty rich! If you don't like the richness you can add in berries instead of chocolate chips. I made it with blueberries and strawberries and both tastes amazing!

Tonight I made this for dessert and then put it in the fridge for breakfast tomorrow! It's perfect!
